Abstract

Cloud computing sets one more channel for applications. How to take in account a multichannel architecture from the design of the application to ease client evolutions. How to use a modular pattern to lessen the constraints. The case of Pastèque shows the evolutions and constraints to transform a monolithic and monochannel application to a modular multichannel one.

Biography

After a master degree in computer sciences Cedric spent 2 years developping mobile applications. He joined Scil in 2011 to develop free softwares, especially Pastèque, based upon Openbravo POS. Other developments made him study modular and multichannel architectures like the Android client for Tryton.
