Abstract

CKAN is an open source software maintained by the OKFN. It is used by groups of citizens that act in the filed of opendata and open access. For a year or so, it has been integrated in hte deployements projects of local french administration. This talk aims at presenting the software main functionnalities and the actuel ways in which it is currently used in this context

Biography

Goatsu Sam is a student in social science, currently research at open data movement. Pascal Romain is a territorial engineer, currently employed in the management information systems of the General Council of Gironde, specializing in information architecture.
