Abstract

AFI, a software for local authorities, has released its source software for libraries. In parallel, the team is part of an integrated community approach and agile methods in its development process.

We present the various phases of the course:
- Choice of licenses
- Internal reluctance to release sources
- Get rid of parts owners
- Involve users in the process of contribution: public lists, hackathons, proper tools.
- Continuous Integration: a validated and deployed every week for all clients release.

Feedback seen by developers and librarians.
